How can I check the status of my order?

AAGENDA has you covered! We will email you as the items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order.

Can't find the email? Shoot us an email at contact.aagenda@gmail.com with your order number/full name in the subject line.

How can I update my shipping address?

When an order is placed, you cannot make changes to your name or address once your order has been dispatched. If the order isn’t shipped yet please email us at contact.aagenda@gmail.com as soon as you realize.

Can I expedite my shipping?

Yes! We offer expedited shipping options within checkout.

How do I order a custom?

When it comes to customs on our ‘Shop’ page you can pay your deposit so we can get started on executing your vision as soon as possible and find out more information on our ‘Made to Order’ page.

Please include the date the outfit is expected for and all custom request details/inspo photos in your email . Custom orders must have a minimum of 3 weeks notice varying on item.

Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?

At this time we do not offer international shipping on our website, but we do want to see AAGENDA over seas! So please email us if you’re looking to wear aagenda and I will make sure we get your custom item to your hometown.

Do you offer refunds?

At this time full refunds are unavailable if the product has been shipped already.
